Gary Neville has said on Sky Sports Premier League (10:56pm, February 13, 2023) that Sean Dyche’s Everton will not get relegated from the Premier League despite the defeat to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool at Anfield in the Premier League on Monday evening.

The former Manchester United defender and Sky Sports pundit has said that he fancies Everton to stay up.

The Toffees went down 2-0 to Liverpool in the Premier League on Monday evening.

Everton are now third from bottom in the Premier League table with 18 points from 22 matches, a point behind 17th-placed Leeds United.

Neville said: “I fancy Everton to stay up, I really do.”

Will Everton survive?

In our view, Everton will survive in the Premier League.

Now, we know that no team is too good to go down.

And the Toffees have not been good so far this season.

However, Everton do have some good players.

And they now have Sean Dyche as the manager.

Dyche kept Burnley in the Premier League for years.

And Everton earned three valuable points against Arsenal last weekend.

Southampton are really dire, while the likes of Bournemouth, Leeds United and West Ham United are really struggling.

Everton can certainly end up above those teams in the Premier League table this season and survive.
