Garth Crooks has criticised Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris on BBC Sport for his performance against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League at the weekend.
Tottenham suffered a 2-0 defeat to Wolves at home in the Premier League on Sunday.
It was Antonio Conte’s side’s third loss in a row in the league.
Lloris had a bad game on a personal level, as the France international goalkeeper was at fault for both the goals.
Although the former Lyon star made some good saves thereafter, the damage was done.
And former Tottenham forward and BBC Sport pundit Garth Crooks has criticised him.

Crooks on Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris
Crooks wrote on BBC Sport: “Quite what Hugo Lloris was doing punching a ball that former Tottenham great Pat Jennings would have caught with one hand, I don’t know.
“Spurs look like they are struggling under Antonio Conte, but the Italian is a good manager and they can’t afford to lose him. Manchester United would snap him up in a second.”
Moving on
In our view, Lloris and Tottenham have to move on from the mistakes that the goalkeeper made against Wolves in the Premier League on Sunday.
Now, of course, they are big errors, but there is nothing that anyone can do now.
Lloris is one of the best goalkeepers in the world, and all players make mistakes.
Tottenham are not in good form at the moment, but they are still very much in the running for the Premier League top four this season.
