Speaking to LiverpoolFC.com, Curtis Jones has spoken about the daunting task of facing Brighton on Saturday.
The midfielder was interviewed ahead of the game, and he was under no illusions about how hard the fixture may be for the Reds.
“Very difficult,” Jones said when asked what he thinks the Brighton game will be like. “Any team you come across in the Premier League, it’s always a difficult game.
“Especially being a young lad and I could have a chance of being in the team, I know it’ll be difficult for me on a personal note. But for the whole team, there has been a few injuries and stuff so the team will change, of course.
“They’re on the back of a great win against Villa and they have got some great players in the team that I know well.”

The 19-year-old seems to think he’s got a chance of starting this weekend.
He made it into our predicted XI this weekend, so it wouldn’t surprise us if he did get the nod, but as he says, it will be a tough task.
Brighton may be low down in the league table, but they have played some fantastic football in spells this term, and their league position isn’t really a fair representation of how good they are.
They put Manchester United to the sword earlier this season, while their win away at Aston Villa last week will see them come into this game with a lot of confidence.
Whether or not Jones gets a start remains to be seen, but if Jurgen Klopp does opt to give him a go, he has to be up to the task.
