Clinton Morrison has praised Tottenham Hotspur winger Erik Lamela on BBC Sport for his goal against Arsenal in the North London derby.
Lamela, who can operate as a winger or an attacking midfielder, scored for Tottenham in their 2-1 defeat to Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
The 29-year-old, who came off the substitutes’ bench, found the back of the net in the 33rd minute with a wonderful ‘rabona goal’.
It is one of the best goals in the Premier League this season and one of the best ever in English football.
Former Crystal Palace forward Morrison, who now works as a pundit for BBC Sport, was impressed by the goal from the Argentina international.
Morrison told BBC Sport: “I can’t believe what I’ve just witnessed. It’s one of the goals on the season. It is a superb, superb, top-quality finish. It is world class!”

Sending off
Lamela played well for Tottenham during his time on the pitch, but unfortunately for him and for his side, he could not finish the game.
The Argentina international attacker was sent off in the 76th minute for a second bookable offence.
Arsenal were 2-1 up at that stage, and the Gunners held on for the win in the North London derby.
