Stan Collymore believes that this could be Jurgen Klopp’s final season at Liverpool.
Klopp is enduring a horrendous campaign at Anfield this time around.
Well, in the Premier League anyway.
Liverpool are ninth in the table after winning only four of their first 12 games of the season, losing the last two against Nottingham Forest and Leeds United respectively.
Even worse, Klopp’s side are a staggering 16 points behind top-of-the-table Manchester City already and we’re only in November.

Liverpool will certainly not be winning the Premier League title this season and Collymore has tipped the German manager to join either Real Madrid or Bayern Munich next – but not Paris Saint-Germain because they lack a ‘soul’.
He told CO: “I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Liverpool is Klopp’s penultimate job, and if he leaves Liverpool I can see him going to Real Madrid or Bayern Munich. I can’t see him going to PSG to try and win the Champions League. I think he likes football clubs that have a soul.”
Is Collymore right? Well, who knows.
If Liverpool win nothing this season and finish outside the Champions League qualification places, which is definitely possible, then the former Borussia Dortmund manager might well reassess his future on Merseyside.
Motivation has to be a big thing and if Klopp – who earns £288,000 per week [Goal] – isn’t hungry to go again next season, hungry to make amends, then that in itself would be a damning indication that things have gone stale and it’s time to move on.
