Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho has promised an improved performance from his side against Everton tonight in Football London.
Tottenham are due to take on Everton, as they look to bounce back from a disappointing defeat to Sheffield United in their last outing.
Mourinho called Tottenham’s players’ attitudes into question after the match at Bramall Lane.
But the Portuguese boss insists that Spurs will not show so many weaknesses against Everton this evening.
“I cannot promise we are going to win on Monday because football is football but I can promise you that the players are going to have a different attitude, I want to believe that,” he said.
“For some reason, for so many months, a couple of years, the team is showing, especially away from home, lots of weaknesses at this level.
“I think there are reasons for that, but I like the guys, I believe in them, I keep saying they have great potential as players.”
Tottenham defeat to Sheffield United has increased the frustrations around the North London club.

Spurs have fallen into 10th place in the Premier League table, and will slip into the bottom half if they are beaten tonight.
If Tottenham do fail to pick up the three points the pressure will rise on Mourinho, with questions already being asked over his suitability to the job.
Mourinho is likely to make changes tonight for Spurs, with Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen surely in consideration to start.
