Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has taken to Twitter to send a message to fans after Tuesday’s 2-1 home defeat to Derby County.
The Whites went into the game having lost 2-1 at home to Sheffield United on Friday night, and desperately needed a response having lost five of their previous seven Championship outings.
Thomas Christiansen’s side were facing an in-form Derby side, who had won three in a row before their trip to Elland Road, but Leeds went in front early on as Pierre-Michel Lasogga drove home Samu Saiz’s pass.

However, Sheffield Wednesday loanee Sam Winnall pulled Derby level in the second half, and Hadi Sacko’s foul on Tom Lawrence allowed Winnall to step up from the penalty spot and give Derby a 2-1 win.
With six defeats in eight, Leeds are struggling to regain their form now, and Christiansen is coming under increasing pressure after so many defeats in recent weeks.
Appointed over the summer after leaving APOEL Nicosia, Christiansen is now facing questions about his side, but he doesn’t appear to be under any immediate danger of losing his job.

Owner Andrea Radrizzani took to Twitter after the final whistle to comment on the result, admitting that he understands the disappointment at recent results, but he is still proud of the performance against Derby.
Radrizzani added that it’s time for Leeds fans to support the team more than ever, and he still believes that a solid project is being built at Elland Road, and he still believes in his team.
