Some Tottenham Hotspur fans are absolutely loving footage of Adele on Twitter.
With 15 grammy awards under her belt, the North London-born singer is one of the most successful musicians of all time.
But it’s her rendition of a famous Spurs song which has fans of the Lilywhites swooning over her on social media.
The 33-year-old belted out a version of ‘glory, glory Tottenham Hotspur’ during a video on Vogue’s YouTube channel.
And here’s how some Lilywhites fans are reacting to it:
Depressing
There wasn’t much for Adele to sing about if she was watching Nuno Espirito Santo’s side on Thursday night.
Spurs slumped to a 1-0 defeat away to Vitesse in the Europa Conference League.
It was such a depressing all-round performance from Nuno’s troops and virtually none of the players emerged with any credit, it has to be said.
You have to point out that Tottenham did field a very weakened side but, given that this club were Champions League finalists only two years ago, losing is yet another reminder of their decline.
The Lilywhites were never in a position where they could’ve had it all under Mauricio Pochettino, who was sacked by Daniel Levy six months after the final defeat by Liverpool.
But they could – and should – have certainly won something for their efforts during the Argentine’s five-year spell with the club, though their trophy drought now stands at 13 years.
