Leeds United forward Sam Greenwood has said on talkSPORT (6:41pm, May 23, 2022) that he is loving life at Elland Road after leaving Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
Greenwood joined Leeds from Arsenal in the summer of 2020.
The 20-year-old forward was on the books of Arsenal from 2018 until 2020 following his move from Sunderland.
Greenwood could not make a single appearance for the Arsenal first team, but the youngster is already making himself a valuable member of the Leeds squad.
The England Under-21 international started for Leeds in their final Premier League game of the season against Brentford this past wekend and helped the Whites stave off relegation to the Championship.
Greenwood has said that he is happy to have left Arsenal for Leeds and is at home at the West Yorkshire club.

When asked if he feels at home at Leeds after leaving Arsenal in 2020, Greenwood said on talkSPORT (6:41pm, May 23, 2022): “Yeah. It just feels right.
“It just feels just nice to play for Leeds. I really enjoy it here, I am so happy at the moment. I am so happy.”
Future star
In our view, Sam Greenwood could become a star at Leeds United in the coming years, and Arsenal might end up thinking ‘What if’.
Greenwood is only 20 and is just starting his career, but his versatility to play as a striker or as a number 10 could see him flourish at Leeds in the coming years.
The youngster has made seven appearances in the Premier League for Leeds so far in his career.
