Speaking on the Seaman Says Podcast, journalist Lynsey Hipgrave has shared what she knows about Adama Traore’s current situation at Wolves.
Traore was strongly linked with a move away from Molineux this summer, with Tottenham Hotspur reportedly very keen on bringing the Spaniard to north London.
However, for one reason or another, the winger’s move away from the Midlands never came to fruition, and Hipgrave is now lead to believe that talks for a new contract are looking good.

The journalist says she’s heard that talks for Adama’s new contract are going well.
“What do you think about Traore potentially leaving?” The co-host asked.
“I hate to quash this for you Adam, because I know you take great joy in reminding me Traore might leave at some point, but I am reliably informed that advanced talks for a contract extension are looking good.” Hipgrave said.
Great news for Wolves
This is an exceptional bit of news for Wolves.
The winger may not have been at his very best last season, but he’s an incredibly dynamic player who has a brilliant partnership with Raul Jimenez.
Now that the Mexican is back fit and firing, we may also see Traore back to his best, and if that happens, a new deal would make the world of sense.
Wolves have a real asset in Traore, and it sounds as though they may be about to secure his services for a few more years.
