Marcotti claims that Arsenal have been approached by a number of intermediaries about appointing Conte as a replacement for Mikel Arteta, stating that a club like Arsenal appeals to Conte.
As you can imagine, this claim sparked something of a reaction from the Arsenal fanbase, and it’s fair to say they’re excited.

Conte is one of the greatest managers in the world, and with Mikel Arteta taking Arsenal to the bottom of the Premier League this season, you can understand why some supporters think it is time for a change.
Of course, Conte can’t be appointed before Arteta is dismissed, but after such a woeful start to the season, it may not be long before the higher-ups at the Emirates lose patience with the Spaniard.
