Some Tottenham Hotspur fans are loving what Fabio Paratici and Steve Hitchen are doing in North London.
According to Football London, the Spurs duo are overhauling the club’s scouting system.
The report claims that Paratici and Hitchen want Tottenham want to have one of the game’s best scouting networks.
The Lilywhites have been very hit and miss in the transfer market, going back years.
But if Paratici and Hitchen are successful, it should, in theory, mean that Tottenham sign good players a lot more regularly than before.

Tottenham certainly look to be heading in the right direction.
This time last month, Spurs still had Nuno Espirito Santo in charge and, honestly, things were looking ever so gloomy.
Fast forward a few weeks and now they have a world-class coach in the form of Antonio Conte.
And this news about the scouting network will only reinforce idea that Tottenham’s future is bright again.
Of course, so much of the future hinges on whether Harry Kane sticks around for the long term or not.
But if they can keep him at the club over the coming years, and supplement his quality with some gems in the transfer market then, with Conte, this could be a very serious team again.
On Sunday, Conte will oversee his first home Premier League game in charge of the North Londoners when Leeds United visit the capital.
