Don Hutchison told ESPN that Galatasaray will ‘come straight in’ with a £30 million bid for Liverpool player Xherdan Shaqiri after his Euro 2020 displays.
The former Liverpool player thinks Shaqiri’s transfer stock has risen at the European Championships this summer.
Whilst the versatile attacker endured a difficult time at Anfield last season, with a lack of game time and form.
Hutchison thinks the left-footed attacker is making himself known on the international stage, after he helped Switzerland progress through to the knockout stages of Euro 2020.
“Shaqiri, he’s off to Galatasaray for £150 million quid,” joked Hutchison. “I bet you Galatasaray come straight in for £30 million.
On whether Shaqiri has risen his stock: “Absolutely and you know it.”

It’s been three years since Liverpool secured Shaqiri’s talents from Stoke City, and in truth, there has been a common theme during his time on Merseyside.
He has been a fringe player during those years, with the Swiss star unable to force himself to become a first-team regular.
Shaqiri’s brace against Turkey, including a wonder goal from his weaker foot from outside of the area, was just a glimpse of what he’s capable of.
And for the better of his own career, he is perhaps better off moving on this summer and signing for a team that will provide him with that regular game time.
