Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka on Switzerland exit

Back to club matters
Granit Xhaka seems quite down by Switzerland’s exit from the World Cup, but the £100,000-a-week (Spotrac) midfielder will have to bounce back quickly as Premier League action will resume later this month.
Arsenal are five points clear at the top of the Premier League table at the moment.
And there is a very good chance that the Gunners could go on to win the title.
For that to happen, Xhaka will have to play his role.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is playing the 30-year-old in a more advanced role in midfield, and that is paying dividends at the moment.
The Arsenal no. 34 has scored three goals and given three assists in 14 Premier League matches and has scored one goal in five UEFA Europa League games so far this season.
