Former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has highlighted the need for David Moyes to have a unified backroom team.
Ferguson attributes one of the main factors of his success during his 26-year reign at the club to having settled and happy staff around him.
“Three things are very important when you are working with them: work ethic, loyalty and philosophy. It’s important that your people agree with you and the way that we at United wanted to play, that was very important,” Ferguson told a UEFA coaching workshop.
