Hull City signing Lazar Markovic featured in their loss to Fulham.
Lazar Markovic might have reached a new low point in his career this weekend, with the once promising player looking a shadow of what he was hyped up to be.
Markovic signed for Liverpool in 2014 as part of their post-Luis Suarez sale splurge, but he failed to settle at Anfield.
The Serbian international was sent on loan to Fenerbahce and Sporting Lisbon, and most recently to Hull City.

His Hull spell has not got off to the best start, and his performance in yesterday’s 4-1 loss to Fulham left a lot to be desired.
Markovic was unable to make any sort of positive impression, picking up a booking for his troubles, and failing to contribute a whole lot defensively.

Markovic is only 22-years-old, and will hope this is a turning point he can use to bounce back, although in a struggling side battling relegation, it will not be easy.
Liverpool paid £20 million to sign Markovic from Benfica in 2014 (Telegraph), but he did not even look like being worth half of that fee at Craven Cottage, and will need to do better if he is to have another successful shot of making a go of it at Anfield.
