Could the Nottingham Forest and Hull City players trade places this summer?

Hull City’s Michael Dawson is widely believed to be bound for Nottingham Forest when his contract expires this summer.
But could a Forest centre-back, whose deal is also approaching its end, be headed in the opposite direction, to Hull?
Jack Hobbs admitted this week that he is unlikely to be offered fresh terms and is already assessing his options, with his preference to remain in the Championship.
And Hull could be inclined to take a look, with Hobbs a former player of theirs and their manager’s, Nigel Adkins, at Scunthorpe United.

When fit, there is no denying the 29-year-old’s credentials at Hull’s level and Nottingham Forest would almost certainly be keeping him on had he appeared more often over the past two campaigns.
Whether or not the Tigers would be willing to gamble remains to be seen, although some of their fans are already discussing the possibility…
Should Hull consider re-signing the Nottingham Forest defender this summer?
