The Tigers attacker is believed to be on Spurs’ radar but Nigel Adkins says the owners have made it clear he is not for sale.

Hull City manager Nigel Adkins has reiterated that prolific attacker Jarrod Bowen is “not for sale” amid reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur and other Premier League clubs.
According to Football.London, Spurs had scouts watching the 13-goal ace in action for against Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship at the weekend.
Although a right winger by trade, Transfermarkt lists him as also being able to play as a second striker as well as on the left wing, which could be of interest to Tottenham.
The Football.London report states that manager Mauricio Pochettino could potentially look to mould Bowen into a converted striker who can also play out wide.
With Harry Kane out of action until March, the need to bolster Tottenham’s front line has become ever more pressing, but Adkins’ comments on the 22-year-old’s availability will not be pleasant for Lilywhites fans.

Speaking to the Jim White show on talkSPORT, the reigning Championship Manager of the Month said of his POTM counterpart in quotes published on their Twitter account: “At this moment in time there have been no bids for him.
“The owners have been perfectly clear. They’ve come out and said the key players are not for sale.”
Bowen is valued at just £4.5million on Transfermarkt but the valuation dates back to September last year, while the Football.London reports states his price tag is rising past the £18million mark.
