Ramon Vega has told Tottenham Hotspur on Twitter to extend the current contract of Hugo Lloris.
The former Tottenham star made the comments following Lloris’s performance for France against Spain in the UEFA Nations League final last night.
The Spurs goalkeeper was in action for France, as they beat Spain 2-1 in the UEFA Nations League final.
Lloris – who earns £100,000 per week as salary at Tottenham, according to Spotrac – was not particularly busy in the game, but the goalkeeper was called into action in the final minutes when he made two wonderful saves.
New contract for Hugo Lloris?
Lloris has been on the books of Tottenham since 2012 and is out of contract at the North London club at the end of the season.
The France international is one of the best goalkeepers in the world and has been brilliant over the years.
Lloris is also a World Cup winner with France.

The problem is that the Frenchman is 34 now.
Now, of course Lloris is a very good goalkeeper, but Tottenham also need to think of the future.
Pierluigi Gollini joined Tottenham on loan from Atalanta in the summer of 2021.
Perhaps the 26-year-old will eventually become the first-choice goalkeeper at Spurs.
