Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino is the glue which holds their successful side together.
He is held in high regard particularly by star goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, who tells ESPN that Pochettino is the ‘main reason’ he is still at the club.
Lloris has been at Spurs since 2012 and committed his long term future to the North London side last month by signing a new contract.

Recalling the first time he spoke with Pochettino after his appointment in 2014, Lloris said he was convinced early on about the Argentine.
He said: “I still remember the first time I spoke to him by phone, just a few days after he signed here as manager.
“It was very simple. He tried to describe his philosophy of football, the way he wants to play, the way he wants the team to work. And his ambition. He’s a winner and he has a lot of ambition, individually.
“I enjoy my time at Tottenham and especially under Mauricio Pochettino. I believe that with him the club can reach the level we all want.”
Spurs are battling to win the Premier League title this season, a prospect which looked highly unlikely when Pochettino took over from Tim Sherwood in 2014.
Champions League football is already pretty much secured with several games to go, a target they regularly used to miss out.
Next season their challenge will be to progress to the latter stages of the competition, and Lloris is expected to play a big part.
