Tottenham Hotspur failed to win against Swansea City at the Wembley Stadium in London in the Premier League on Saturday.

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has revealed to the club’s official website the mood in the dressing room after the match against Swansea City.

Spurs failed to win against Swansea at the Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday evening, as the Premier League game ended in a draw.

“We tried and tried until the end but unfortunately we ran out of time,” Lloris told Tottenham’s official website.

“We want more and we probably deserved more and the feeling in the dressing room is one of frustration but now we need to turn our minds to the next game and the Carabao Cup.”

Tottenham were the better team against Swansea and were more attacking, but Paul Clement’s side were brilliant defensively.

What Spurs failed to do against the Swans was create too many clear-cut chances, as it was a disappointing day at the office.

Dropping points at home to a team like Swansea who are going to struggling for survival in the Premier League this season must be disappointing.

The North London club’s fans, though, should be optimistic about the season ahead, as the team are still getting used to playing at Wembley.

Tottenham will take on Barnsley at the Wembley Stadium in the EFL Cup on Tuesday evening and will face West Ham United at the London Stadium in the Premier League next weekend.

Lloris has been on the books of Spurs since the summer of 2012 when he joined from French club Lyon for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £11.8 million.
