Tottenham need to end the Champions League group-stage strongly if they hope to qualify for the next round.

Hugo Lloris has suggested that Tottenham Hotspur will receive a major lift if Harry Kane is in the squad that takes on Monaco in their crucial Champions League tie on Tuesday, the Daily Mail reports.
Kane has missed their last two games in the competition after he sustained an injury in the Premier League win over Sunderland in September.
While Spurs beat CSKA Moscow in Russia, their Wembley woes continued as they were beaten at home by Bayer Leverkusen in their most recent clash in the competition.
And ahead of a vitally important game against the Ligue 1 side – Spurs are currently third in their group, two points off a top two spot with just two games to go – Lloris has explained that their hopes of taking the three points will be boosted significantly if Kane is involved.

“The return of Harry Kane is very important, bringing a lot of positive energy,” he said, as reported by the Mail.
“He is very important for us and in Monaco is going to be decisive for the team.
“It’s simple, he is one of our leaders.”
Though the striker is yet to play in Europe since his return from the sidelines, he has shown in the club’s last two games just how much he was missed.
As well as scoring the equaliser in the North London derby, he also scored twice in the final two minutes to inspire Tottenham to a dramatic win over West Ham at the weekend.
And Pochettino will be hoping that should Kane play, he can make a similar impact against Monaco to keep Spurs’ European hopes alive.
