With UFC and WWE both sitting under the TKO umbrella, it was always natural we’d get talk of a WWE event at the White House after the recent Freedom 250 show.
Dana White’s baby put on quite the show at the White House as President Trump and other big names lapped up the action.
From the WWE side of things, Roman Reigns and Triple H were among those in attendance and since then, there’s been suggestions that WWE might be next up.
A lot of planning would be needed for such an event – as well as the right storylines – and at this moment in time, WWE officials are clear on the idea.

WWE open to the idea of White House event but not yet
WWE takes its product all over the world and there seems to be nowhere on the planet the company can’t put a show on.
Putting on something at the White House would be more than feasible but according to Fightful, it’s not something in the immediate plans of WWE higher ups.
While it’s reported that WWE like the idea of the event and are open to it in the future, there are no immediate plans for it to happen.
As we know, WWE needs a lot of pieces to fall into place for the big shows to not only happen but make sense for the fans in attendance.
Further, WWE has huge arenas booked well in advance. Unlike the UFC, WWE sells out in stadiums and arenas that often house two, three or more times the amount of UFC fans we usually get in a live audience.
For now, then, it seems President Trump will need to wait for WWE to come to his ‘home’.
Still, we might well see it in the future and as with any business, money talks.
