England’s Harry Kane
After a winless run stretching to seven games, perhaps the international break has come at a good time for Tottenham. Spurs supporters will be hoping their cohort of travelling players can build up some confidence with their national teams as well as crucially avoiding injury.
The televised action starts tomorrow evening when England Under-21s host Italy Under-21s at St Mary’s. Tottenham’s sole representative in the Young Lions squad is Harry Winks, the 20-year-old midfielder who is yet to feature for England at this level. You can see if he makes his bow on BT Sport 1 at 7.45pm.
As ever, Spurs have a healthy contingent of players in the full England set up for the match against Scotland. Eric Dier, Danny Rose, Kyle Walker and Harry Kane have all been selected by Gareth Southgate ahead of Friday’s match, which kicks off at 7.45pm and is live on ITV1.
France’s Moussa Sissoko
Across the English Channel, Tottenham duo Hugo Lloris and Moussa Sissoko are in the France squad for their clash with Sweden. Sissoko in particular needs an upturn in fortunes, and if the summer’s evidence is anything to go by performing for the national side could be the spark he needs. That match is live on Sky Sports 1 at 7.45pm.
At the same time, Christian Eriksen will be lining up for Denmark as they host Kazakhstan in Copenhagen. That one is available on Sky Sports 1 via the red button, and also kicks off at 7.45pm.

Saturday sees Kevin Wimmer take centre stage. The centre-back will be looking to recover from his own-goal in the North London derby as his Austria side host the Republic of Ireland in an important Group D clash, which begins at 5pm live on Sky Sports 1.
There are four Tottenham players in action on Sunday, and the staggered kick-off times will allow fans to watch all of them.
Vincent Janssen and Michel Vorm are both in the Netherlands squad for their match in Luxembourg. Having failed to qualify for Euro 2016, the Dutch are already three points behind Group A pace setters France and Sweden so need to avoid a slip up on Sunday. On the same channel at 7.45pm, Belgium host Estonia in Group H. Spurs duo Jan Vertonghen and Mousa Dembele will both be hoping to be awarded starts by Roberto Martinez as the hosts seek to maintain their 100% record.
Of those matches not televised in the UK, Heung-Min Son lines up for South Korea in a friendly against Canada (Friday, 11am) while promising young defender Cameron Carter-Vickers has received a first call-up to the USA squad for their match against Mexico (Saturday, 12.45am).
