Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react after Andy Robertson posted a photo of himself running at the AXA Training Centre.
What’s the story?
Well, there was panic around Anfield when the £8m man went down in agony during the pre-season clash with Athletic Bilbao.
Robertson isn’t usually the type to make a meal of things, so it was certainly a worrying moment.
After he fell awkwardly following a block, the £50,000-a-week man confirmed that he’d suffered ligament damage.
However, just over one week later, and the 27-year-old is back out on the grass at Liverpool’s AXA Training Centre.
The 48-cap Scotland international has arguably been the best left-back in Europe over the last few seasons, so this is a huge boost for Jürgen Klopp.
Heartbreak for Kostas Tsimikas

One man who must be devastated by this news is Kostas Tsimikas.
The £11.75m man has barely had a chance since arriving from Olympiakos back in August 2020.
Tsimikas was given just six minutes in the Premier League last season, which really isn’t much to work with.
You could blame Klopp.

However, the 9-cap Greece international only featured so sporadically because Robertson is unerringly consistent, both fitness wise and with his performances.
Nevertheless, it must be sad for Tsimikas to see the Scot returning, as he’d have presumably enjoyed a little run in the starting XI.
For now, let’s see how the Liverpool fans on Twitter reacted after seeing the photo of Robertson…
