Tottenham Hotspur will be desperate to keep Christian Eriksen this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are well used to transfer sagas at this point.
It was Toby Alderweireld last summer, and Kyle Walker the year before that. This summer, it looks like it could be Christian Eriksen.
The Mirror reported last week that Real Madrid would offer £50 million and Gareth Bale in exchange for the Tottenham maestro, who has a little over a year on his contract.
But if rumours are believed, Real might not be able to afford to pursue Eriksen if they sign their other reported target, Neymar.
According to The Independent, the Spanish giants have turned their attention toward the Paris Saint-Germain star in what could be a £300 million transfer.
Spurs fans should be hoping that goes through because, in all probability, they won’t be signing Neymar and their Danish midfielder.
Of course, that isn’t to say that someone like Barcelona wouldn’t be interested in Eriksen, but if Real are out of the picture then that is already a big boost for the North Londoners’ hopes of keeping him.
