Dimitar Berbatov has given his verdict on Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder James Maddison.
The former Tottenham striker has also predicted how Spurs will fare against Brighton and Hove Albion at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this weekend.
So, what has Dimitar Berbatov said about Tottenham Hotspur and James Maddison? Let’s take a look.
Dimitar Berbatov impressed with Tottenham Hotspur playmaker James Maddison
Well, Tottenham Hotspur will take on Brighton and Hove Albion at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Spurs are fifth in the league table at the moment with 44 points from 23 matches. The North London club are two points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa.
Meanwhile, Brighton currently find themselves eighth in the standings with 35 points from 23 games. The Seagulls are unlikely to challenge for the UEFA Champions League places in the Premier League table.

Former Tottenham striker Dimitar Berbatov has backed Ange Postecoglou’s side to beat Brighton 3-1 at home.
The pundit has noted that James Maddison is back from injury and was impressed by how the £170,000-a-week (Spotrac) England international attacking midfielder played against Everton.
Berbatov told Metro: “Tottenham need to continue playing the way they play, entertaining and scoring goals along the way because they would like to be up there with the top four teams and play European football.
“With Maddison finding his feet since coming back from injury, his assist to Richarlison against Everton shows you how much awareness he has on the pitch. I’ll go for Spurs.
“Prediction: 3-1.”
My View: Tottenham will win vs Brighton
In my opinion, Tottenham Hotspur will win against Brighton and Hove Albion at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League this weekend.
While Brighton are a good team, Spurs are better. The North London club are in very good form at the moment.
Tottenham have won two of their last four Premier League games. Brazilian forward Richarlison is scoring goals for fun. He found the back of the net twice against Everton.
