How Liverpool can sign Juventus ace Paulo Dybala…and still be £30m in profit

Liverpool have been linked with a move for the Juventus forward on multiple occasions over the past few years.

This summer will be vitally important for Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp’s side missed out on winning the Premier League title by just one point last season, and if they are to go one better next term, it could be argued that the German needs to bring in at least one X-factor type signing.

And who better for the job than Juventus ace Paulo Dybala.

The problem for Liverpool, however, is that he will cost around €100 million (£89 million) according to Italian publication Corriere dello Sport.

There is a way that the Reds could bring the Argentine to Anfield and still be in profit, however.

There are plenty of Liverpool’s fringe players who have been linked with an exit this summer, and should Klopp decide to let some of them go, he will be able to garner funds to make a move for Dybala.

Marko Grujic could be sold for £20 million this summer, according to the Daily Mail, whilst the Times claims that Rafa Camacho is nearing a £10 million exit from Anfield.

Meanwhile Goal claims that Xherdan Shaqiri could be moved on for around £25 million, whilst This is Anfield claims that Adam Lallana could be sold for around £13 million.

Simon Mignolet could be sold to Crystal Palace for £8 million according to the London Evening Standard, whilst Dejan Lovren has been linked with a £25 million move to AC Milan (The Times).

And finally, there have been reports suggesting that Divock Origi could leave Liverpool this summer, with Real Betis prepared to pay £18 million in order to secure his signature, according to Estadio Deportivo.

That is a combined total of £119 million for those seven players, and considering the fact that all most all of them have hardly played for the Reds over the past 12 months, that really would be exceptional business.

They could then sign Dybala for £89 million, and still be £30 million in profit. What a summer that would be for Liverpool.
