Marcelo Bielsa is said to be considering a switch of formation.

Leeds United are considering switching formation to utilise Marcelo Bielsa’s famous 3-3-1-3 formation, The Mail report.
Bielsa’s famous tactical flexibility saw Leeds toy with this last season without going all in.
Bielsa is said to have spent the off-season working on a way to succeed with the formation which he used with Argentina and Chile.
Here is a look at how Leeds’ players could fit into the 3-3-1-3 formation.
We have left out Luke Ayling and Kemar Roofe, who are injured and won’t be available for the Championship opener.

Kalvin Phillips and Pablo Hernandez are perfect fits for their respective roles in the side.
The problem Leeds have is whether they have the players to replace them when not available.
Helder Costa and Jack Harrison could be key to the success if they can adapt into their roles, and it could benefit Patrick Bamford too.
We have select Barry Douglas as one of the back three alongside Liam Cooper and Ben White.
The Scot is one player who could have the most adapting to do, but his set piece ability means he is worth persisting with.
The big problem for Leeds is whether they have the strength in depth to be successful this season, with this, or any formation. There is still time left to add to the squad before next week’s deadline.
