- EXCLUSIVE from Graeme Bailey
HITC understands that West Ham United winger Jarrod Bowen has made his stance perfectly clear about joining Newcastle United this summer.
After yet another brilliant season for Jarrod Bowen, which included 16 Premier League goals and six assists for West Ham United, the transfer interest has grown this summer.
HITC has previously reported that Tottenham Hotspur had made an enquiry for the English winger but with little success.
Sources have told HITC that the Lilywhites were told by the Hammers in no uncertain terms that Bowen was not for sale and a fee well in excess of £100 million would be required.

Bowen’s stance on Newcastle move explained
Sources have told HITC that Bowen would have little interest in moving to Newcastle United this summer to play under Eddie Howe.
Newcastle are understood to be keen on a right-sided forward addition this summer and were one of the clubs interested in Frenchman Michael Olise.
A new right-winger is understood to be high on the list of priorities for the club because of the future of Miguel Almiron, which is uncertain with interest emanating from the Saudi Pro League this summer.
Bowen is understood to be on the list of targets for a number of top Premier League sides this summer after Tottenham failed in their enquiry for the winger.
Despite Newcastle now turning their attention to Bowen, we are told that Bowen has made it clear that he would have little interest in moving to St James’ Park.
West Ham’s Bowen price set
Sources have told HITC that the Hammers are understood to be sticking to their valuation of Bowen with a fee in excess of £100 million required for the Englishman, who they do not want to lose this summer.
A new right winger is high on the club’s list of priorities with Olise, before joining Bayern Munich, and Wolves’ Pedro Neto, among the targets.
It seems that the Geordie side will have to move on from the Englishman unless they complete a major sale this summer with Brazilian midfielder Bruno Guimaraes attracting interest from Manchester City.
