Leeds United finally cut ties with Hadi Sacko this summer after three seasons at Elland Road.

Of those two, one was on loan, and the third campaign saw him loaned out to teams in Spain and Turkey.

Sacko returned to Turkey on a permanent deal this summer, joining Denizlispor.

How he is getting on?

Sacko’s first step is to play regularly, and he has done that, just not quite in the way he might like.

The winger has been used mainly as a substitute rather than a starter, making six league appearances plus one in the Turkish Cup.

Of his six league appearances he has started just two, and the longest of these has lasted just 65 minutes.

Sacko’s last game this past weekend was a 14 minute cameo against Yeni Matalysapor, replacing another Leeds flop Modou Barrow.

It wasn’t pretty, his side lost 5-1 and he touched the ball only nine times.

Sacko does not have any goals or assists so far for his new side. Perhaps only when the first one comes, will he get more regular opportunities.

The 25-year-old’s team are in poor form, with no wins in their last five matches.

At least Sacko is involved. At Leeds he wouldn’t even be in the matchday squads. But he will want to do better than he is.
