Glasgow Rangers currently have six players plying their trade away from Ibrox out on loan.

With the international break interrupting the domestic season, Pedro Caixinha may have taken the opportunity to have a closer look at the players that Rangers have loaned out during the summer to see how they have got on for their current sides.

With that in mind, HITC Sport has looked at how those currently plying their trade away from Ibrox are getting on…

Robby McCrorie

Unfortunately for young goalkeeper Robby McCrorie, life at Berwick Rangers has not gone exactly to plan with the 19-year-old conceding 22 goals in 10 appearances in all competitions. He has kept two clean sheets so far.

Kyle Bradley

Kyle Bradley is also on loan in Scottish League Two, with Clyde. He has made four appearances so far, but was part of the side that were beaten 5-1 by Ayr in the League Cup.

Harry Forrester

Harry Forrester is in the early stages of his loan spell with AFC Wimbledon, making just two appearances for the Dons. He started the 4-3 Football League trophy win over Barnet and came on in the 1-0 defeat to Blackpool. You would imagine that he would need a sensational spell to force his way back into Caixinha’s plans for the Gers.

Andy Halliday

Andy Halliday’s decision to join Gabala on loan has not been vindicated so far, with the midfielder proving to be an unused substitute on all three of the occasions that he has been named in the matchday squad. The blossoming partnership between Graham Dorrans and Ryan Jack at Ibrox certainly does not help his chances of reviving his Rangers career upon his return.

Joe Dodoo

Joe Dodoo only sealed a loan switch to Charlton in League One on deadline day, but has taken little time to make an impact, scoring what proved to be the winner in the 4-3 win over Oldham at the weekend.

Michael O’Halloran

While Michael O’Halloran struggled to make the grade at Rangers, he is proving that he has the ability to make an impact in the Scottish Premiership back on loan with former club St Johnstone. He currently tops the top flight scoring charts with four goals to his name, including two winning goals along the way.
