Jermaine Jenas has praised Arsenal star Bukayo Saka on BBC Sport for his performance for England against Iran at the 2022 World Cup finals in Qatar on Monday.
The former Tottenham Hotspur star was hugely impressed by how Arsenal ace Saka played for England in their comfortable Group B win against Iran.
The 21-year-old started the match for the Three Lions.
It was England’s opening game at the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
Saka scored two goals, first in the 43rd minute and then on 62 minutes.
And BBC Sport pundit Jenas was impressed.

Jenas said about Saka: “Every time Saka gets the ball, he is facing his man up and trying to go past them. It’s a horrible prospect for any defender to have to deal with.”

Starboy
In our view, Bukayo Saka is one of the best young players in the world and is a key figure at Arsenal and in the England set-up.
The 21-year-old is one of the best attacking player out there, and he showed that again today.
Saka was always looking to run with the ball and beat opposition players, and his confidence was sky-high against Iran.
Arsenal are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment, and one of the main reasons is the form of Saka.
if England are to win the World Cup in Qatar, then, in our opinion, Saka will have to play just as well as he did today.
