Some Liverpool fans have been messaging Marko Grujic on Instagram.
The 24-year-old midfielder played 90 minutes as Hertha Berlin thumped Hoffenheim 3-0 away from home in the return of the Bundesliga on Saturday.
Grujic, who was Jurgen Klopp’s first signing as Liverpool manager, has been on loan with the German outfit for almost two years.
The towering midfielder has been linked with a permanent move to Hertha for £25 million [The Express], having dazzled in the Bundesliga overall.
After the game on Saturday, Grujic said on Instagram that it felt good to be back on the pitch again.
And quite a few Liverpool fans responded to the forgotten man, who has only managed eight Premier League appearances for the Anfield club.
