Arsenal fans are pleased to see Ryan Fraser appears to be closer to signing for Tottenham Hotspur than their side.

The Daily Mirror claim that Tottenham are leading the race for the Bournemouth winger, with Arsenal losing in the battle to sign him.

But Arsenal supporters seem to suggest that they didn’t want Fraser anyway and they would be happy to see him go to Spurs.

Fraser could be one of the best value for money options available this season, as his contract with Bournemouth is due to expire.

On a free transfer, the Scottish international surely represents a solid squad option for either Arsenal or Spurs.

While the rapid winger may not be the most exciting of captures, he is a proven Premier League performer and his pace could be valuable, especially off the bench.

If Fraser does move to Spurs he will be in competition with the likes of Erik Lamela, Giovani Lo Celso, Lucas Moura and Steven Bergwijn for a first-team place.
