It is claimed Fletcher has agreed a four-year contract with the Hammers, but could be loaned out.
Fletcher is a free agent, having rejected Manchester United’s offer of a contract extension.

It is claimed he sees a quicker path to the first team at West Ham rather than at Manchester United.
Despite this, The Mail claim West Ham are open to sending Fletcher out on loan for the season.

This provides hope for Championship side Leeds United, who the Yorkshire Evening Post reported were optimistic of signing, either on loan or permanently.
The Mail report Leeds are, along with Barnsley, Wolves, Bristol City and Bradford, all keen on the striker and would be be open to a loan deal.
