Glenn Hoddle praised Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford on BT Sport 1 (2:09pm, January 2, 2021) for his performance against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Tottenham legend made the comments in the final minutes of the Premier League game between Spurs and Leeds at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Englishman was on co-commentary duty for the match on BT Sport 1, and he praised Bamford for his effort against Spurs.
Hoddle said about Bamford in the 84th minute of the match on BT Sport 1 (2:10pm, January 2, 2021): “What he has done, he has done that well, he has closed down every defender, never gives them an easy ball.”
