Glenn Hoddle raved about Aston Villa star Bertrand Traore on BT Sport 1 (9:02pm, December 20, 2020).
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea midfielder was impressed by the display produced by Traore during Villa’s 3-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion away from home at The Hawthorns in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
The Englishman was on co-commentary duty on BT Sport 1 for the Premier League game between West Brom and Villa.
Hoddle said about Traore in the 90th minute of the match on BT Sport 1 (9:02pm, December 20, 2020): “I think everything Traore has done tonight has been excellent.
“I don’t think he has made any mistake at all. He has worked hard for his team, he has got back where he has needed to be, but with the ball he has been outstanding.”

Traore, who can operate as a forward or an attacking midfielder, had one of his best games of the season during Villa’s win against West Brom.
The Burkina Faso attacker was involved in the opening goal and himself found the back of the net in the 84th minute.
According to WhoScored, the 25-year-old took three shots, played two key passes, had a pass accuracy of 92.6%, took 78 touches, attempted three dribbles, made one interception and one clearance, and put in six crosses.
So far this season, Traore has scored one goal and provided two assists in 10 Premier League appearances for Villa, according to WhoScored.
