When Nouha Dicko went down with an injury back in September 2015, you could hear the entire Wolves fan base gasp in horror. The 24-year-old striker has been something of a talisman for the club since his arrival in 2014, and in the space of a year he’d managed to win the hearts of the Molineux faithful with his spectacular performances.
Since he has been gone, there has definitely been something missing in the starting XI. Despite his height, Dicko’s strength on the ball is something that has to be seen to be believed, and his determination to win every single battle on the pitch is something that every club clamours for.

He was also part of the famous Dicko/Afobe/Sako trio that had Wolves fans singing their hearts out and believing they could make it to the play-offs. If the Midlands side had edged their way into the top six that season, they would have been in with a great chance at securing promotion.
