Sheffield Wednesday are on a roll right now and that looks set to continue in the next few weeks.

With just one loss in their last six and seven points out of a possible nine in the last few games, it is understandable that Sheffield Wednesday fans are confident going forward.
With Carlos Carvalhal at the helm they look to have everything necessary to launch a play-off push once again, and with some winnable fixtures coming up there is cause for optimism.

Derby County – Away
Some would perceive this as a tricky fixture given the new manager syndrome surrounding the iPro Stadium, however Wednesday are more than capable of causing an upset away from home against a side like Derby.
Rams fans are a nervous bunch of late and if they do not start games well that tends to ramp up a level, which is something we know McClaren has never been great at handling. Wednesday are by far the superior team and as long as they stay focused they should see this out and get the victory.
Prediction: Derby 0-2 Sheffield Wednesday

Ipswich Town – Home
Ipswich fans are already hitting the panic button given their dreadful run of results as of late, and Mick McCarthy will be feeling the pressure during what is bound to be an extremely tough game for the Tractor Boys.
Wednesday should easily be able to expose Ipswich, with their one potential weakness being if they choose to take them too lightly. One way or another, it looks like the Owls will once again reign supreme.
Prediction: Sheffield Wednesday 3-1 Ipswich

Fulham – Away
This one could prove to be a tad trickier given the unpredictability of the London side. Fulham seem to be perennial mid-tablers who pop up with unexpected results every now and again, despite the fact they have the quality to do so much more.
Craven Cottage often acts as a tough place to go and while Wednesday are on a great run of form, the unpredictability of the Championship looks like it may well strike again.
Prediction: Fulham 2-2 Sheffield Wednesday
