Spurs midfielder Moussa Sissoko has some high expectations for his time at White Hart Lane following his move from Newcastle United.

Many fans and pundits raised their eyebrows after Tottenham forked out £30 million for Moussa Sissoko, especially given his reputation at previous club Newcastle.
Despite this, Spurs fans will hope they can be as optimistic as the Frenchman when it comes to his targets that he wants to achieve at the club.
As reported by The Mirror, Sissoko’s move was about much more than just playing in the top flight – he’s eyeing up a winners’ medal.
The midfielder stated “I came here to help them so I hope we have a great season and finish top of the league. They played very well all last season.

“Maybe in the last three or four games they had some problems but they still did well, and they are in a good position because this is a young squad and they can progress.”
The majority of Newcastle fans were overwhelmingly happy with the fee they received for Sissoko, and he will be expected to start delivering for his new club relatively quickly given the price tag.
He did well in Tottenham’s 4-0 demolition of Stoke at the weekend, but time will tell if he can build on that performance and be a consistent contributor to the side.
