Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has denied that his side are simply known for selling their best players to other clubs.

For years teams like Liverpool and Tottenham have been seen as clubs who breed great footballers before selling them on to bigger sides like the Real Madrids and Barcelonas of the world.
However as reported by ESPN, new manager Jurgen Klopp has hit back at those claims following the summer transfer window.
“The successful teams don’t have to change a lot. There is no need for Liverpool to be a selling club. Nobody calls and says: ‘come on, sell, we need money.’
“Change is sometimes good, but not everybody was 100 percent happy in the last years with the big amount of money we earned. But it’s not important any more.
“We are here and trying to find some consistency.”

Klopp has already gone some way to fixing the problems that Liverpool had, and the club look ready to challenge on many different fronts with their fantastic attacking force.
Big victories over Arsenal, Leicester and Chelsea have given them much more confidence, with a shock 2-0 loss to Burnley being their only major low point so far.
Many were speculative as to whether or not Klopp could translate his success from Dortmund over to Anfield, but the early signs of his first full season in charge are positive. He’ll be looking to build on that when his side host Hull City in the Premier League this weekend.
