Julian Draxler has been linked with a switch from Paris to Merseyside.

The transfer rumours surrounding Liverpool continue to multiply, with reports indicating Jurgen Klopp could bring fellow German Julian Draxler to Anfield this summer.
Liverpool’s interest in Draxler was reported in October last year by The Sun and has been reignited by Transfermarketweb, with the Reds looking at the PSG man after losing Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona.
The 24-year-old German has not really been handed a prominent role within the PSG starting XI as of late, which begs the question as to whether or not there is something deeper going on at Anfield.

The Reds currently possess an embarrassment of riches in an attacking sense with Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and to a lesser extent, Gini Wijnaldum and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. While that is not exactly the most effective example of strength in depth in the history of the game, it is certainly up there.
With that in mind, you could be forgiven for believing that some kind of exodus will occur in the summer depending on whether or not Liverpool can maintain their success both in the Premier League and the Champions League.
The impressive nature of Liverpool’s attacking line has spread throughout Europe, with many clubs sitting up and taking notice of what is happening on Merseyside. In the wake of Coutinho’s departure, more and more elite European sides are likely to take a look at the club’s most impressive forwards.

As we saw with the little Brazilian and former hero Luis Suarez, Liverpool have struggled in regards to keeping hold of their superstars in the past – and Klopp may already be looking ahead for replacements if the offers start rolling in.
Draxler would be a natural fit within Liverpool’s system due to his overwhelming speed and ability in one-on-one scenarios, and he would gain a lot of exposure as one of the focal points behind Klopp’s current movement. After all, it is working wonders for Salah.
