Cardiff manager Paul Trollope has been told he will be given a fair amount of time to turn things around following a poor start to the season.

It has been a turbulent start to the 2016/17 campaign for Cardiff to say the least, as the Welsh club find themselves bottom of the table after just one win from their opening eight league tables.
As reported by Wales Online, manager Paul Trollope is set to be given more time although owner Vincent Tan is expecting him to turn things around.
It is clear that the message has been not to panic from the men in charge at the Bluebirds, however they are expecting to see some form of change as soon as this weekend with Cardiff’s trip to face Rotherham United.

The next few games following the Rotherham clash come against Derby County and Burton Albion, with the Rams in particular being in a similar position to Trollope’s men when it comes to underachieving in the early stages of the season.
If things have not changed by the time the international break comes round then Trollope and Tan could be having a very different conversation, but for now the Englishman still has a chance to make an impact.
