Aston Villa CEO Keith Wyness has called for stability at the club following a hectic few months.

To put the situation at Aston Villa into perspective, over the last 18 months there have been 21 coaches to have come and gone at the club with three more on their way soon.
The level of uncertainty at Villa Park could leave some people confusing it with The Apprentice, with so much chopping and changing leaving them in a state of disarray. However as reported by Birmingham Mail, CEO Keith Wyness has stated that now is the time for stability after the hectic nature of the last year and a half.
Steve Bruce is currently searching for a new number two that would work hand in hand alongside first-team coach Stephen Clemence, meanwhile new fitness and goalkeeping coaches are also on the wish list at the Midlands club.
CEO Keith Wyness said to Birmingham Mail: “I totally agree there has been too many changes because there’s been too many managers.

“And when each manager has changed there’s been too much movement with the backroom team.
“That’s stopping right now.
“The technical director is working on the club structure and that will create stability.”

It is no coincidence that all of these changes have come during one of the most turbulent times in the club’s recent history, however new manager Bruce may will signify a changing of the guard in terms of Villa’s fortunes moving forward.
The most important thing now is to continue their good start under the 55-year-old with their next task being the huge Second City derby against rivals Birmingham City at the weekend.
