Dean Jones has said that Arsenal have everything in place to unveil Declan Rice as a new signing for the Gunners.
The journalist has told GiveMeSport this evening that he has been told that everything is ready for Arsenal to complete the signing of Declan Rice from London and Premier League rivals West Ham United in the summer transfer window.
Arsenal are ready to unveil the 24-year-old England international midfielder, according to Jones.
