Tottenham Hotspur are a very attacking team, and one of the forward players who is starring for Ange Postecoglou’s side at the moment is Son Heung-min.
Son Heung-min has been on the books of Tottenham Hotspur since 2015 when he joined from Bayer Leverkusen.
The South Korea international forward has developed a lot over the years and has become a goal machine in recent seasons.
Son has scored 117 goals and given 60 assists in 292 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The forward has scored 14 goals and provided eight assists in 23 starts in the league this campaign.
One of those goals for Son came against Aston Villa at Villa Park in the Premier League this past weekend. The 31-year-old forward gave two assists as well.
Micah Richards gives his verdict on Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min
Former Manchester City star Micah Richards is a huge fan of Son, and he is surprised that the forward is still at Tottenham and has not been linked with Barcelona or Real Madrid.

Richards said about Son on The Rest is Football podcast, as transcribed by TBR: “You know the strange thing when we talk about top players and we always give Son his credit.
“But you know when people are sort of linked with teams, Son never really seems to get linked with a Barcelona or a Real Madrid.”
Former Spurs striker Gary Lineker responded: “Because he’s playing for one!”
Richards responded: “They’re a massive club, Spurs! But I mean he’s world-class, literally. He’s unbelievable. His work-rate, his technique, his running in behind, his finishing. He’s got absolutely everything.”
My View: Son Heung-min is very underrated
In my opinion, Tottenham Hotspur and South Korea international forward Son Heung-min is a very underrated player.
Whenever anyone mentions the best players in the world, they often leave Son out. I think that we have to consider the former Bayer Leverkusen star as one of the best in the Premier League.
Son is not a ‘natural striker’, but he still scores a lot of goals and has been fantastic for Spurs over the years. Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino thinks that he is one of the best players in the Premier League.
While Harry Kane stole the headlines for Tottenham over the years, we cannot underestimate just how good Son has been for the North London club.
