Former Premier League title winner excludes Tottenham Hotspur from list of potential title winners.
During an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, ex-Chelsea star Frank Lampard backed his former club to win the Premier League title, and excluded Spurs from a list of potential winners.
Lampard, 38, won three Premier League titles, four FA Cups, two League Cups and a Champions League with the Blues during his 13-year spell at Stamford Bridge.

He is now a free agent, following the expiration of his contract with MLS side New York City, and will surely be targeted by a whole host of clubs in January.
Sky Sports caught up with Lampard today, and asked for his thoughts on the title race:
“I fancy Chelsea strongly now. Manchester City are in a decent position. And there are teams with quality for sure – City, I think Liverpool are very good to watch this year, and Arsenal. “I think those will be the group chasing but with Chelsea, when you take that kind of a gap into Christmas, I think barring suspensions or injuries to top players like Hazard and Costa, I fancy them to carry it through.”
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino
Tottenham currently sit in fifth position in the table, 10 points behind league leaders Chelsea, and the clash between the two clubs on January 4th could have a huge bearing on the destination of the Premier League title.
They have improved over the last couple of weeks though, and they surely cannot be discarded from talk of the title just yet.
There is obviously still a long way to go before the title is decided, but it is hard to argue with Lampard’s opinion that Chelsea look by far the most solid and consistent so far.
