Adil Nabi in action for Dundee
Hibernian, Oxford United, Gillingham and Colchester United are all chasing Dundee FC’s talismanic forward Adil Nabi, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Former England youth international and West Brom academy graduate Nabi moved north of the border to sign for SPL strugglers Dundee on a short-term contract last summer.
With his contract now coming to an end at the start of January he looks set to leave Dens Park, with several clubs chasing his signature.
In the short time that Adil has been in Scotland he has displayed his undoubted quality, most notably against Kilmarnock where he opened the scoring with an excellent finish against the Ayrshire club.

Hibernian are understood to be front runners for Nabi’s signature, as they believe the 24-year-old is just the spark they need to improve on what has been an indifferent season for Neil Lennon’s side.
However, it is also thought that they face strong competition from League One strugglers Gillingham, who are hoping to persuade Nabi to move back down south and be reunited with club captain Gabriel Zakuani, after the two played together at Peterborough United.
