A number of years after Tottenham were beaten in the Champions League final, it’s great to see that Heung-Min Son and his brother can joke about that game even though it was a painful experience at the time.

Tottenham supporters will be familiar with Amazon Prime and their documentary on the club ‘All or Nothing’.

Well, their rising superstar, Son has his very own Amazon documentary dubbed ‘Sonsational’.

And in the documentary, Son visits his brother, Heung-yun Son, and during their conversation, he couldn’t help but issue a brilliant jibe towards the Tottenham man.

“We met a few times after international matches,” said Heung-yun Son. “But this is the first time at the academy. We have both been busy. He’s got cooler.”

Heung-yun Son is then told, ‘He played in a Champions League final’ to which he responded by saying ‘Yes, but he lost’.

Heung-Min Son himself then stated: “That is true brotherhood. We are strict to each other.”

Whilst Son doesn’t have a final in the magnitude of the Champions League to prepare for this season, he does have the League Cup final to look forward to, with Manchester City their opponents.

But Tottenham are still in the Europa League, and with serial winner Jose Mourinho at the helm, he can guide them to that trophy given his experience and skills.

That’s the main aim for these Spurs players, who produced high-quality performances under Mauricio Pochettino’s stewardship, but in the end, continued to fall at the final hurdles.
